Replacing wheel hub bearings
Wheels turning stiffly? Then your bearings are no longer running smoothly. Usually this is because of dust and dirt drawn into the bearing, or water remaining in the bearing after a longer ride or following high-pressure cleaning. Both lead to rapid corrosion, followed by constrained motion and power loss.
To fix this you should change your wheel hub bearings. Roberto and Benjamin show you how to do this in our video. If you don't have professional tools in your garage, no problem. With our tool-tips and a little handiwork you can make your own bearing fitting tools for less than 10 euro.
